The City of Norwood Police and Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky & Southwest Ohio invite you to join us at the beautiful Victory Park on Montgomery Road. Community partners will have resources for mental illness, substance abuse, homelessness, wellness, and more. Norwood Police Department will also be there to support community partners throughout the event.
