Come join our Taekwondo classes on Tuesdays (6 to 7 pm or 7 to 8 pm) and/or Saturdays (11 am to noon or noon to 1 pm). Take a yoga class on Wednesdays (6 to 7 pm) or Saturdays (9:30 to 10:30 am).
Or come and play Pickleball, Spike ball or Table Tennis during the hours above for free on our basketball court.
We're now accepting sign-ups for youth swim lessons at Norwood Rec. Classes start next Tuesday, January 11th and we hope to see you there!
Classes will be limited to 25 swimmers so sign up quickly!
